Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday

Today is Martin Luther King Jr's birthday because we remember the minister and civil rights leader for his involvement of nonviolence in the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960's which ended racial segregation against African Americans by reciting his famous speech "I Have a Dream"which brought together white and black Americans united which paved the way for the Civil Rights Act which was signed by President Lyndon B Johnson in 1964.
